01What counts as an employee?
Anyone processed in a payroll run that month, including joiners and leavers. Inactive records and alumni are not billed.
02What is included in the free first payroll?
One full month on the Company plan: setup, attendance, leave, a complete payroll run, payslips, bank file and statutory reports. No card needed to start.
03Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee for teams under 50. For larger companies, standard migration is included and complex migrations are quoted upfront.
04Can we change plans later?
Yes. Move up at any time and the difference is pro-rated. Moving down applies from the next billing period.
05Are taxes included?
Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are added to the invoice.
