01Do employees need a company email?

No. Employees can sign in with their mobile number and a one-time password.

02Can we control when payslips are published?

Yes. Payslips are published only after payroll is approved, on the date you choose.

03Can employees edit their bank details?

They can request a change with a proof document. HR approves before it reaches payroll, and the change is logged.

04Is there a limit on payslip history?

No. Payslips stay available for as long as the employee record exists in your account.
