01Does it connect to biometric machines we already have?
In most cases, yes. Devices on your network can push logs, and devices that only export files can be uploaded on a schedule. Share your device model with us and we will confirm before you sign up.
02Can field staff punch in without network?
The app stores the punch with its time and location and syncs it when the phone is back online.
03Is location tracked all day?
No. Location is captured only at the moment of punch-in and punch-out, during working hours.
04Can we pay overtime at different rates?
Yes. Set rates for working days, weekly offs and holidays separately, as a multiple of the hourly wage or a fixed amount.
