Terms of Service
These terms apply when your company signs up for and uses our HR and payroll software.
01 The service
The service is cloud software for attendance, leave, payroll, statutory compliance, employee self-service, hiring and performance, together with the HR Copilot assistant. Modules available to you depend on your plan.
02 Your account
The person who signs up confirms they are authorised to act for their company. You are responsible for the users you invite, the roles you give them, and keeping login credentials confidential. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
03 Free first payroll
New companies can use the Company plan free for one month, including one full payroll run. At the end of the free month you can choose a paid plan or stop. Data entered during the free month remains available for export for a limited period if you do not continue.
04 Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed per employee per month on the number of employees processed in payroll that month, subject to the minimum billing stated on the pricing page. Yearly plans are billed in advance. Prices exclude applicable taxes. Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension after notice.
05 Payroll and statutory responsibility
The service calculates salaries and statutory deductions on the rules, salary structures and inputs your company configures. Your company remains responsible for approving each payroll, verifying statutory filings, depositing amounts with the authorities and meeting its obligations as an employer. We update statutory rules in the software in good faith, and recommend your accountant reviews filings.
06 AI features
HR Copilot provides answers, drafts, rankings and flags to assist your team. Outputs should be reviewed by a person before use. Payroll is run only after approval by an authorised user, documents are sent only after review, and candidates are never rejected automatically.
07 Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to monitor employees outside working hours or working purposes.
- Do not upload data you have no right to process.
- Do not attempt to access other customers’ data, probe the service for weaknesses without written permission, or overload it.
08 Data ownership
Your company owns its data. You can export it at any time during the subscription. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
09 Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available at all times, with planned maintenance scheduled outside common payroll processing days where possible. Support channels depend on your plan.
10 Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for penalties arising from inputs, approvals or filings made by your company.
11 Ending the subscription
You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may end the service for serious breach of these terms after notice. On ending, you will have a period to export your data before it is deleted.
12 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Maharashtra have jurisdiction over disputes.
